Hours: 23.5 hours per week
Salary: £9259 (Actual), (FTE £27580)

Trust House Lancashire is a Rape and Sexual Assault Support Centre providing a range of services for those affected by rape or sexual abuse. The service currently provides an adults and Children and Young People’s Advocacy Service, Counselling and therapy for adults , children and young people, a Parent Peer Support Group, Training and we contribute to a National Support Line.
We’ve been successful in acquiring funding from Lancashire County Council’s Local Initiative Fund to run a 6 month pilot project providing tailored support to a small caseload of families across the districts of Chorley , South Ribble, and Preston. This pilot is a great opportunity to demonstrate that timely and tailored support for children and their families results in positive outcomes.
The role will be based at our centre in Preston but the post-holder will need to be able to travel across Central Lancashire.
We’re looking for an experienced professional to join our team on a short-term basis and would consider a secondment.
The FSC will develop, plan and co-ordinate the Family Support Project, working alongside the Service Manager, Clinical Lead and other Team members, to ensure the child or young person and their non-abusing parents or carers are empowered to move through and beyond their experience of abuse.
You will be required to undergo enhanced DBS clearance to work at Trust House and references will be sought.
