We believe that every individual has the right to be free from all forms of sexual violence and abuse. Trust House Lancashire’s confidential services to men, women and children place survivors at the heart of what we do, and seek to empower individuals to work through and beyond their experience of abuse.
Trust House Lancashire was a new Rape Support Centre established as part of the Home Secretary’s commitment to opening up 15 new rape support centres across the UK. Initially funded by the Ministry of Justice, Trust House is based in Preston and serves the whole of Lancashire. Thanks to the Prince’s Trust we also have an outreach site in Burnley.
Trust House Lancashire offers a safe place and specialist support services for women, men, children and young people affected by rape and sexual abuse.
Our specialist services for rape and sexual abuse include telephone and email support, counselling, therapy, independent sexual violence advice and group support. We work with men, women, children and young people offering free and confidential advice, therapy and support.
Trust House Lancashire was founded in September 2013 and registered as an Independent Charity Incorporated Organisation with the Charity Commission in October 2017 under charity number 1174925.
